Hook Theodore (Editor) John Bull Newspaper Vol IX No 432, Sunday, March 22, 1829, 8 pages, printed in triple columns, and includes a story titled "The Duke of Wellington fights a duel Accounts and Correspondence". The paper was a prominent and highly influential London based weekly Tory sunday newspaper, founded in December 1820 by the wit and writer Theodore Hook, it was fiercely conservative, aggresively partisan, and widely known for its satirical attacks on political opponents and its fierce opposition to Catholic emancipation.
