Published At The Cayme Press, 31 Golden Square, London, 1928, 62pp, illus, black paper wrappers with title label laid down, spine strip split, edge wear, otherwise ok, from the collection of C. R. H. Taylor, former Chief Librarian, Alexander Turnbull Library, 1937-63.
