70 pages with a map of each and other drawings, subject matter includes, first appearances on entering the harbours, the houses, furniture, public buildings, the wharfs, stores, society, trade, scenery, people of colour, religion, superstition, dictators, earthquakes, birds, trees and plants, insects and reptiles and lizards, , sharks, crabs, fish and urchins, Blue Beards Tower, climate, acquaintances, accomodation and provisions, an account of the pirate, fortifications, etc, etc. Bound in full vellum with the both Caribbean islands titled on the cover. A fascinating read.
