Manner of George Mears (British 1870-1895) The Paddle Steamer 'Victoria' oil on canvas 51 x 92cm 'Victoria' was owned by the South East Railway Company. She was a cross channel ferry running between Newhaven & Dieppe. Provenance purchased Oliver Sutton Antiques, London 1974
