Chez Jaques L'Aveugle, A Bordeaux, 1710. First edition, although showing the date as 1710, was more likely published between 1714 and 1717 and is a true first edition of the work. Rosenberg, in describing this first edition states that it has an armillary sphere device on the title-page with its base pointing to the left. There is also a footnote present on page 77 and a change to smaller type on page 508, full calf. Scarce
