A Japanese Meiji Period Arita Porcelain Vase Finely painted. The front with a cloud shaped cartouche depicting a dragon holding a flaming pearl amidst swirling clouds. The reverse with a fan shaped cartouche painted with chrysanthemum flowers and a flowering cherry blossom tree. The lower section of the vase with cresting waves, the whole decorated with scattered mons. H 31 cm
