Revised edition. Collins, Auckland, 1981. 310pp 8vo boards, inscribed by Ngaio Marsh at head of title. This book was originally withdrawn with pages 181/2 being removed and a replacement leaf pasted in – this is one of only a few copies with the original leaf intact.
