New York, The John Lane Company; London: John Lane, The Bodley Head, 1921. First U.K. edition, 308pp 8vo green cloth lettered in ochre, light foxing, spine coming loose. Bagnall B726. The U.S. and U.K. editions are printed from the same setting of type, both stating printed in the U.S.A.: the bindings differ in colour and design, and this has “The Bodley Head” at foot of the spine.
