New York, The John Lane Company; London: John Lane, The Bodley Head, 1921. First U.S. edition, 308pp, 8vo red cloth lettered in black, light scattered foxing, red d/w. Bagnall B726. The U.S. and U.K. editions are printed from the same setting of type, both stating printed in the U.S.A.. The bindings differ in colour and design, and this has “The John Lane Company” at the foot of the spine.
