000 in Two Years, Trischler and Company, London, possibly 1889. 177,[8,ads]pp, small 8vo yellowback-style, pictorial boards. The date is uncertain, but no statement or claim by Trischler that this is a reprint on the cover or in the book. Mild rubbing to spine and to corners of boards. Ghost-written by journalist Vero Kimball Shaw when Benzon was in prison for fraud, the book describes Benzon's visit to New Zealand at some length (ten pages) with much on bloodstock (thoroughbred Musket and his offspring) and the benefits of the totalizator.
