The late William Main was one of the foremost collectors of New Zealand postcards together with photography having published many works pertaining to these fields with a major collection of lantern slides to include NZ, world, stories and children's. He also had a passion for music with his collection comprising vinyls, gramophones, phonographs. This auction comprises of an eclectic mix covering all these fields.
