First edition 1921, full vellum with gilt regimantal cresttogether with a letter dated 14th January, 1926, to Colonel Reginald Frank Gambrill (1890-1975) of the Hauraki Regiment from Colonel R. W. Wigham of the Royal Warwickshire Regiment, informing him he is sending 2 copies of the book to the Hauraki Regt.
