The Golden Cockerel Press, 1950, limited edition number 58 of 500, engravings on copper by John Buckland-Wright, special edition finely bound in full leather with gilt top edges, by Sangorski & Sutcliffe, number 1-100 containing one extra engraving, with slipcase. A very fine copy.
