typed letter at the front from L/ Harcourt to The Right Honourable Lord Islington, dated 6 June, 1911, which reads "My Lord, I have the honour to inform you some copies of a "Lexicon for Secret Correspondence: dated 25th July, 1912 are in the possession of this department. As there is no longer any necessity for secrecy about these volumes, I have decided , with the concurrance of the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs to present a copy to the Parliamentary Library at Wellington in the hope it may be considered of historical interest", bound in half calf, ex library. Scarce copy.
