Janet Frame "Faces in the Water" 1st edition signed by Janet Frame on title page. Pegasus Press, Christchurch, 1961, (with dust jacker). Signed copies of early Frame novels are extremely rare. This copy came from the Janet Frame Eden Street Trust set up by Bill and Peggy Tramposch who purchased Janet's Oamaru home in 2002. Janet signed this copy for the Trust and it may be the only signed copy in existence. (faint owner signature on front of endpaper)
