First edition of later issue, [iv], 310,[ 2]pp with inserted 40pp Feb.1906 catalogue, 8vo red cloth gilt, some foxing, inscription on endpaper, traces of paper cover once pasted to paste-downs, covers flecked discolouring the cloth; sound copy. Bagnall S1906, lists only the Colonial Edition.
