Whitcombe & Tombs, Auckland, 1930. xii, 308pp, map, 8vo cloth, edges foxed, in worn d/w, inscribed by Acheson with an accompanying 1943 letter in which he says: “Pardon the dilapidated cover [the d/w], but the book is out of print (6000 copies sold).
