Lt. J.H. with Other, Troop Target - Hutchinson, London, 1943. 215pp, 8vo cloth, light foxing. In the rare d/w which which is worn with tears and small loss at top of front panel but is substantially complete. In the preface dated Medinine, Tunisia, 4 March 1943, the author says the book was written mostly between October 1942 and March 1943, "on the march from Alamein to Tripoli, scribbled in dust storms ... often under fire...".
