N.Z., Printed at the “Times” Office, Christchurch, 1864. Cotterill, George compiler, 73pp, small 8vo blue printed boards, head of spine chipped, fragile. This was Johannes Andersen’s copy and he has tipped in a note identifying the contributors and the sale of the book at a bazaar on March 31st 1864. It is sought after for the piece by Samuel Butler ('Notes on the Tempest'). Bagnall 1441.
