Griffin Press, Auckland, 1942. 102pp, light scattered foxing, in the seldom seen d/w which lacks much of the spine panel but is substantially complete, signed by the printer "R Holloway" beneath the imprint. Bagnall F411. This copy was sent by him to Pat Lawlor together with 40 proof sheets from the book plus an interesting 2-page letter from Holloway. Lawlor has also included a later letter from Finlayson.
