C.H. - The Story of “Bidgee Queen” and Other Verses, New Century Press, Sydney, 1929 The dedication copy is bound (preserving original coloured wrappers illustrated by Ken Alexander) by the author's long-time friend and supporter Pat Lawlor to whom the book is dedicated. Winter has penned a full-page poem to Lawlor on p.[iv] and Lawlor has inserted a prospectus with a newspaper review of the book. Also enclosed is a detailed 5-page letter by Winter to Lawlor largely on the book. Bagnall W1586.
