Selwyn and Blount, London 1939. First edition, other copies were mostly destroyed in the London Blitz. Pat Lawlor’s copy with his note on endpaper; in rare d/w which has the price cut from the spine panel not unusual with U.K. books sold in N.Z. at the time. Note that the visible d/w is a colour photocopy over the original for protection.
