Per Filippo, e lacipo Giunti 1587, 22cm, 52 + 936 + 112 + 6pp, initials, head-pieces. Full vellum, gilt spine title "Gio. Villani Historia" lettered direct. Boards discoloured with age, surface loss to one corner back]. FEP loose, TP repaired, cloudy lilac blemishing to top edge of textblock. Tavola dampstained (5 leaves). One line scored through following historiated initial depicting the devil & reclining woman. G Ex Lot 474, Bethunes, 29th August, 2007.
