Architects, Lambton Quay, Wellington, each drawing numbered and dated 29/1/09, comprising 1-18 numbered coloured drawings, signed by both parties, and 1- 18 numbered monochrome examples, plus 2 smaller unnumbered examples related. Some coloured drawings in poor order with loss, rips and tears, old taping repairs etc.
