Thomas Avery, New Plymouth, first edition, 1884, 21pp, and 3 blank, limp cloth, sunned, small spine loss to top, middle and bottom, else G. Very scarce. (Reference, Bagnall 5612) This was Tregear's first book, using animals as humans in parable form with a one line moral beneath each.
