PROVENANCE: Gifted by Colin and Anne McCahon to Rita Angus, circa mid-late 1940s. Passed by descent to Jean Jones, sister of Rita Angus. Private collection, Christchurch. Acquired in June 2010 from a descendant of Rita Angus.
