Buick & Young, Palmerston North, first edition, 1903, Augustus Hamilton's personal copy, with a tipped in letter to Hamilton from Buick, stating he was posting the book to him with his kindest regards, headed The Dannevirke Advocate, May 6, 1909, and inscribed on the back of title page "To A Hamilton Esq with sincere regards from the author T Lindsay Buick" Hamilton's bookplate to front pastedown, burgundy cloth.
