Crown Lynn Large Black Swan Vase

matt black, no. 170 to base, 21cm height, 30cm length, coloured small chip to base David Jenkin, the head of the Crown Lynn design department, copied the design for the swans from overseas, and from the late 1940s, swans were produced in various sizes and finishes. Black swans are believed to be very rare and it is possible that only a limited number were ever produced.
