Edward - The History of the Decline And Fall of the Roman Empire (7 Vols) Henry G Bohn, London, 1854, with frontis port of the author, folding maps, finely bound in full tan calf, raised spine bands and gilt decorated compartments, marbled EPs and fore-edges. Volumes I-VI state VI but a seventh volume was needed to complete the set. A superb set in wonderful condition.
